In my opinion, managing change is the all-encompassing challenge, while the other areas make change management possible. If unaddressed, the issues that can result include departments working in silos, internal conflicts that get acted out rather than talked out, lack of trust between departments and especially towards senior management, unmotivated and uninspired employees who do the bare minimum, an unwillingness in staff to take risks and speak up and leaders who micro-manage rather than delegate and empower their team.
The Courage Crusade’s group workshops and programs are designed to help groups address these issues using courage, allowing them to successfully navigate transition as a team. Billy’s personal experiences and credentials have made him an expert on courage and provide the foundation for this work.
